$170 per 50-minute session
Insurance
This Practice does not file insurance claims, but we do provide a SuperBill that contains the information insurance companies need in order to reimburse the insured for mental health services. Individuals are encouraged to check with their insurance companies regarding reimburse for out of network mental health services.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Payment
Cash, checks, credit/debit cards or HSA/FSA cards are accepted for payment at the time services are received.
(There is an additional $5 convenience charge for all card payments).
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
